CU Professor who founded Engineers Without Borders is appointed Science Envoy by U.S. State Department
Not only are CU professors with great expertise called upon to provide perspective, they also are called to serve the nation. Engineering professor Bernard Amadei has been appointed one of three new Science Envoys by the U.S. State Department who will help strengthen U.S. ties with other countries.
Professor Amadei’s résumé includes founding the nonprofit organization Engineers Without Borders-USA, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year with more than 12,000 students, faculty and professional members nationwide. For more information, click here.
