Family Weekend
FAMILY WEEKEND 2013 is scheduled for Thursday, October 3rd through Sunday, October 6th. The Saturday, October 5th, football game will be against the University of Oregon Ducks in Folsom Field. On-line registration and a list of activities for Family Weekend will open in mid-June, 2013. We hope to CU here!
To help you plan for Family Weekend, events start early on Friday. Many families arrive on Thursday and depart on Sunday or Monday. Early registration pick up is offered on Thursday, October 3rd starting at 12:00 noon in the University Memorial Center Room 235. We hope that you will start thinking about joining us for fun, entertainment, and educational opportunities on the Boulder Campus all wrapped in one beautiful weekend! The Family Weekend hotline at 303-735-4020 will have a voice recording of current information or call the Office of Parent Relations at 303-492-1380.
You can find a link to most hotels in the Boulder area at Boulder Convention and Visitors Bureau website. Many hotels in Boulder book early, so you may want to check hotels in the surrounding communities of Louisville, Broomfield, and Longmont as well. These communities are close, the hotels may provide shuttles, you can take an RTD bus or drive into Boulder. If you are worried about parking on campus, rest assured that your paid Family Weekend registration includes parking on campus on Friday, parking is available under football parking prices on Saturday, and you can find free parking in specified lots on Sunday.
