A Family Weekend update was emailed to all registrants the week of September 23rd.  In this update there is a link to a Friday parking pass that is included in your Family Weekend registration.  If you did not receive the parking pass, please contact the Office of Parent Relations at or 303-492-1380.  Other updates include a new schedule for Saturday’s presentations and pre-game meal/tailgate due to the late 4:00 pm kick off time against Oregon.  More information on the new Saturday itinerary can be found HERE. Football tickets for the Family Weekend Oregon game are still available at full price.  All other Family Weekend events with an up-charge are sold out (the golf tournament, the Post-Stampede Roundup, the pre-game meal, and the fun run). If you would like to add up to 6 football tickets to your existing Family Weekend registration, call the CU Athletic ticket office at 303-492-8337 or toll free at 800-872-8337.  Press “2″ at the first voice prompt and press “0″ at the second voice prompt.  All other football tickets are at the regular price and can be purchased on the CU Buffs Athletics Ticket Site.

If you are pre-registered for Family Weekend and would like to add an additional person to any of the up-charge events, depending on space you may be able to do so at Family Weekend registration headquarters in the UMC room 235.  You can pick up your registration materials on Thursday, October 3rd from 1:00 until 5:00 pm, on Friday, October 4th from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm, and on Saturday, October 5th from 8:30 am until 2:00 pm. If you have tickets to sell, there are parents looking! We will have a physical bulletin board in registration headquarters available for peer to peer exchanges.

  1. Please remember that students will have classes on Friday, October 4th. If you are interested in attending class with your student on Friday please coordinate early with your student and have them check with their professor/instructor ahead of time. Classroom seating is usually limited.
  2. The CU Athletic Ticket Office is handling all Family Weekend registration and ticketing. Please direct questions related to existing pre-registration or ticketing to them at 303-492-8337, toll free at 800-872-8337, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am until 5:00 pm MDT or via email at  All other questions should be directed to the Office of Parent Relations at 303-492-1380 or
  3. Remember to bring all tickets printed at home to Family Weekend with you.
  4. Please be aware that registration fees paid and up-charge  purchased after 5:30 pm MDT on Friday, September 20th are non-refundable.
